Learn the correct technique from the very outset, ensuring you will be able to conserve energy and cruise effortlessly along the trails. Individual coaching in the basics - so that you´ll quickly be able to share the true joy of this form of skiing. Includes an opportunity to check out which ski equipment is perfect for you.
>>For experienced skiers
Opportunity to perfect the basic techniques. Learn how to optimally exploit each stroke and glide phase, as well as to adapt your stride technique to the contours of the trail.
>>Safety Classes
Changing tracks, taking bends safely and braking effectively during descents - just some of the topics adressed during this course, so that you can enjoy cross-country more safely.
