Hollersbach Herb Field
– an interesting adventure for nature-loving families
In 1987 the Hollersbach Herb Field was set out in collaboration with Yves Rocher. On an area of 1.5 ha various types of herbs are grown using methods based on nature itself. Next to the herb field you'll find the newly-arranged Herb Garden with a flower garden and a spice garden as well as a botanical garden. Like in an old farmer's garden rare old cultivated plants can be found in Hollersbach. For parents or children who want to find out more details of old vegetable cultivars, spices, or medical herbs, guided tours are offered. Tip: Don't miss the tea-tasting with our herb expert which takes place at every guided tour!
