Once a year the Lebzelter- and Hintergasse in Mittersill turn into Strudelgasse and are opened by the parade of hosts and framed by traditional music.
Besides the well-known and loved-by-all apple- and curd strudel the hosts offer novel creations and present the traditional dish in diverse variations.
